Then we'll isolate and clarify the tasks you require us to perform, using our client details form; this
consists of four sections:

The administration and bookkeeping functions you perform internally

The bookkeeping functions you would like us to perform

The accounting functions you would like us to perform
The consulting functions you would like us to perform

The purpose of this form is to identify levels of responsibility and to ensure all financial areas of your business are covered.

We will then schedule the commencement of tasks and provide you with the most appropriately skilled staff, based on the frequency required: weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Between visits we'll prepare a task schedule which identifies:

What needs to be done
What we are working on
When it needs to be completed

We bring one of these schedules each time we visit you, It represents our full accountability to you and ensures our responsibility for completion of the nominated tasks — on time and on budget. Nothing is left to chance or memory.
